When heat gets extreme, dehydration can happen quickly. High temperatures combined with dehydration can lead to heat exhaustion through excessive losses of fluids and electrolytes via sweat. Symptoms of heat exhaustion may include headache, dizziness, weakness, nausea, and increased thirst.
